V-Groove wheels are designed to guide equipment by rolling on inverted angle iron track, however, they can also operate while not on a track thanks to the tread on either side of the v-groove. Phenolic wheels are a great alternative to steel wheels. They provide similar capacity, but better floor protection, slightly quieter rolling, do not rust, & are more economically priced.
Phenolic wheels are made using phenolic resin mixed with macerated canvas which yields a high capacity & high impact wheel. They have hard treads & will not flat spot over time which is why they are often used on equipment that is under constant heavy loads. Phenolic wheels are resistant to oil, grease, solvents, non-metallic, & non-sparking.
*Please note temperature ratings are dependent upon the bearing selected. Unless noted otherwise in the options, bearings will have a 180°F temperature rating.
