U-Groove wheels are designed to guide equipment by rolling on pipe, however can also operate off a track thanks to the tread on either side of the U-groove. Forged steel wheel casters are the premium of all the steel wheel casters. The forged steel wheel is made from ASTM 1045 high carbon steel that is hot drop forged. It offers the maximum weight capacity, impact strength & durability of all caster wheels. While forged steel is incredibly resilient, it is the harshest wheel type for floors & could lead to floor damage.
