This V-groove wheel is made out of solid steel, providing exceptionally low rolling resistance, outstanding wear resistance, and extremely high static and dynamic load capacity. The narrow tread helps avoid running into the heads of screws holding the track in place. This heavy duty wheel can be used in many applications and is very popular for automatic gates. A popular replacement for Liftmaster AH107 & HT3000 and Platinum Access VW-HD-4.
V-groove wheels are designed to guide equipment by rolling on inverted angle iron track. Please note if more than one track is being used, it is critical for the tracks to be parallel, strait and level. Otherwise the wheels could bind or derail. Recommend track tolerance is 1/64" per 20 Feet.
